Privacy notice
What this website collects, and why.
Amyn is a point-of-sale product in development. This notice covers this website only. It is a plain-language draft, dated October 14, 2026, and will be reviewed and updated before Amyn launches.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: your email address, and if you choose to add them, your name and the kind of business you run.
- Contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you write.
- Nothing else. The demo register, the account preview, and the onboarding preview run entirely in your browser and send nothing to us. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party fonts or scripts.
How we use it
- To email you when Amyn is ready, if you joined the waitlist.
- To reply to you, if you wrote to us.
- We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone except the service provider below.
Where it is stored
Form entries are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., the company that hosts this website, and forwarded to the Amyn team. Like every web host, Netlify keeps short-lived server logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service. Netlify’s own privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and contact entries are kept until launch outreach is finished or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete anything you sent us. Use the contact form and tell us the email address you used; every launch email will also include a way to opt out.
How we protect it
This site is served only over HTTPS with modern browser security headers, loads no code from third parties, and never asks for a real password. Please do not type a real password into the account preview; it is an illustration and nothing you enter there leaves your browser.
Questions
Write to us through the contact form. A dedicated privacy contact will be listed here before launch.
