Dashboard

Your sales, anywhere.

Log in from any phone or computer. See how today is going, fix a sale, check a register, change the menu. The same numbers on every screen.

Coming soon. Amyn is in development.

One number first. Then whether it is good.

The first thing you see is today’s net sales: sales after discounts and refunds, before tax and tips. Open orders sit beside it, not hidden in a report.

Under it, how today compares with the same weekday last week, in dollars and in percent. Not with yesterday, because a Tuesday is not a Saturday.

Every figure carries the time it was last updated. That time comes from the last sale your registers sent, not from your phone’s clock. If your connection drops, the last good numbers stay on screen with their time.

  • Switch between locations, or see them together.
  • Your first visit shows a setup checklist, not sample numbers.

Find a sale. Refund it from your phone.

A customer calls about a charge. Search by the amount, the last four digits of the card, or the order number. Open the sale and refund all of it or part of it.

A refund above the limit you set asks for the code from your authenticator app first. Every refund is logged with who issued it and when.

Every register. When it last synced. What is still waiting.

The devices page lists each register and handheld by location. Each shows when it last synced and how many sales are still queued to upload. Registers keep selling when the internet drops and upload when it returns.

Pair a new device with a short code. Freeze a lost device: it takes no new sales, but what it already holds still uploads. Before you sign a device out or remove it, the screen says what happens to unsent sales.

The right access for every person.

Invite your team by email and give each person a role. A role gets only what it needs, and you can grant only what you hold yourself.

Two steps to sign in. No text-message codes.

Sign in with your password and a code from an authenticator app on your phone. The code is made by the app on your phone, not sent to you by text message.

When you set up the app you get recovery codes to keep somewhere safe. A lost phone is not a lost business. See every device where you are signed in, and sign any of them out.

How your data stays safe.

Separated at the database level. Your business’s data is kept apart from every other business’s inside the database. Your account reads only your own.

Sensitive actions ask again. A refund above your limit, a security-setting change and other sensitive actions ask for your authenticator code first.

Every change is logged. Who did what, and when. Owners can read the log.

We don’t sell your data. No ad trackers, no analytics scripts from other companies, no training AI on your data. This site contacts only our own backend and, later, our help assistant. The privacy notice names both. The help assistant will never see your account data.

Security testing will be completed before launch.
