Services

Clear receipts. Clean books.

A point of sale for clinics, home services and professional services. Take the payment, send an itemised receipt, and give your accountant numbers that add up.

Coming soon. Amyn is in development.

Who this page is for

Businesses that bill for time and skill, not only for things on a shelf.

  • Clinics and practices: dental, physical therapy, optometry, chiropractic.
  • Home services: plumbers, electricians, cleaners, movers, landscapers.
  • Professional services: tutors, consultants, accountants, photographers, repair shops.

Salons, barbers, massage and spa have their own page.

Amyn for salons, barbers, massage and spa

Itemised receipts by email or text

Every sale can go out as a receipt by email or text message (SMS). Each service, part and fee gets its own line, with tax shown separately. Your business name, address and a short note appear at the top and bottom.

Amyn records whether each receipt was sent, and any error.

Asking for an email or phone number to send a receipt does not sign anyone up for marketing. That takes a separate, clear yes.

Simple reports for your accountant

Sales totals by day, service and team member. Tax, tips and refunds sit on their own lines, so month-end is a lookup, not a puzzle.

Export your reports as CSV files (a plain spreadsheet file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or accounting software). The columns keep the same names from one export to the next, so a spreadsheet you set up once keeps working.

Invoices and deposits

Some work is quoted first and paid later. We are building two things for that.

Invoices

Write up a job, send it by email or text, and let the customer pay from the link. When they pay, it lands in your reports like any other sale.

Deposits

Take part of the price up front to hold a booking or cover parts. The balance stays open on the order until the job is done.

Neither is built yet.

Card on file, only with consent

Some customers ask you to keep a card for next time. When this is built, Amyn will store a card only after the customer says yes on the screen. They see what they agreed to.

A stored card is charged only for a sale the customer agreed to. The plan is that neither your device nor Amyn’s servers store a full card number.

Built means the records behind it exist in our backend today, and the screens that use them are still being made. Planned means we intend to build it and have not yet. This table changes when something ships.

The same promises for every business.

  • One simple card rate, published before launch.
  • No monthly software fee. No statement fees. No PCI fees (a charge named after the card industry’s security standard).
  • No hardware subscription or lease. Built for spills, grease, heat, drops and long shifts.
  • We don’t sell your data. No ad trackers, no analytics scripts from other companies, no training AI on your data.
  • Interest-free by design, with transparent terms. The tools are in development, and nothing on this site is an offer of financing.

Our planned direction. Amyn is in development. Read our disclaimers.

Questions, answered.

Can a clinic use Amyn for patient payments?

Amyn handles the payment and the receipt. It is not a medical records system, so keep clinical records where they are now.

Can I take payment at a customer’s home?

That depends on the hardware, which is still in development. We will publish what each device can do once it is final.

When will invoices, deposits and card on file be ready?

We don’t publish dates for unbuilt features. The table above changes when they ship. The waitlist gets one email when we open the doors.
